PRICING AND FEES

You've asked and we answered! Below you can find a list of services we are proudly providing our clients, and also basic fees and charges. Please be advised that these fees and charges are estimates, and are subject to vary depending on the services you hire us for, size of your event, and the timeline you hire us for.

 

 

Our Services include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Venue sourcing and booking;

  • Vendor sourcing, organizing, and finalizing (taxi, caterers, DJs, photographers, decor, rentals, etc.);

  • Unlimited email/phone communications with vendors and venue managers, as well as guests and attendees (email invitations, follow ups, etc.);

  • Vendor contract reviews, and distribution of payments if needed;

  • Guest list organization;

  • Design planning, decor sourcing, and DIYs;

  • Time management, and agenda planning;

  • In-person check-ins leading up to the event

  • Day-of point of contact should any issue arise;

  • Day-of set up and tear down;

 

Fees:

  • Initial consultation (60 minutes)
                                    Free of charge

  • Planning (non-refundable)
                                   
    ($200- 600$) Varies depending on the responsibilities, and deadlines

  • Partial and Day-of Coordination (50% refundable up to 10 days prior to the event) 
                                ($500-$2000) Varies depending on the responsibilities, and deadlines
